French giants Paris Saint-Germain have completed the signing of Super Falcons captain, Rasheedat Ajibade, on a free transfer.
The 25-year-old winger left Atletico Madrid in June after five successful years with the Spanish side, where she won the Supercopa de España and the Copa de la Reina.
Ajibade began her professional career in Norway with Avaldsnes IL, scoring 12 goals in 39 matches before moving to Spain.
She now becomes the second Nigerian at PSG, joining midfielder Jennifer Echegini, who is already making her mark at the club.
On the international stage, Ajibade led the Super Falcons to glory at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, where she was also named Player of the Tournament.
