Ex-Barcelona puts Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi among the “best in history”
Adama Traoré considers the Portuguese to be the best opponent he faced, and the Argentine to be his best teammate.
This Friday, Dame Traoré gave an extensive interview to the Goal portal , in which she discussed various topics, including the most notable players she encountered throughout her already long career in the world of football.
The Spanish international began by choosing Lionel Messi as the best player he has ever shared a dressing room with, even admitting that he was impressed with what he saw the Argentine do at Barcelona, and defending his position: “For me, he is one of the best players in history”.
“Part of being talented is the fact that he likes to work, to work hard, the touch he has, his quick feet, his control and his vision on the pitch. The balls all hit his feet, and he never failed. It was impressive,” he said.
The Wolverhampton striker then named Cristiano Ronaldo as the best opponent he faced: “His foot speed to shoot was impressive, and he can use both feet. He’s also one of the best players in history.”
